How does pricing work?
You receive a written flat price before work begins. It usually arrives the same business day after we have the details needed to price the job, and it holds for 30 days. Do you work with property managers?
Yes. Property management and short-term-rental accounts are core TrueTurn work. W9 paperwork is available on request. Volume pricing, priority scheduling, and invoicing terms are confirmed for each account in writing.

Do you require a deposit?
Residential one-off bookings reserve the date with a 50% deposit, capped on larger jobs. Established property-management and STR accounts may be invoiced on completion. New accounts make a booking commitment on the first job.
Do you photograph Premium Residential homes?
Only with your consent. You can opt out of home-level photography or approve task-specific photos for your own reference.
Can I request the same cleaner or team?
TrueTurn is designed for continuity and accepts same-team requests. We do not promise one individual can attend every visit; illness, scheduling, and responsible staffing still apply.
